How each flow works
Each campaign is a short conversation with one goal. Your assistant always opens with a question and no link, waits for the customer to reply, and only then sends a link or a code. Every send checks consent and quiet hours first.
Abandoned cart
When: a customer leaves a checkout. First text after 1 hour by default.
Steps: Opener › Reason › Ladder › Checkout link › Follow-up. The assistant asks what happened, answers the real reason, offers a code only if price is the problem, then sends a checkout link. Abandoned cart
Post-purchase upsell
When: a customer places an order. First text 10 minutes later by default.
Steps: Address check › First time or regular? › Recommend › Code › Close. A quick check-in, then one recommendation from your catalog that fits what they bought. Post-purchase upsells
Review requests
When: 3 days after the order is delivered, by default (10 days after it ships if no delivery is reported).
Steps: How did it go? › Happy → review link › Unhappy → team. Happy customers get your review link. If something went wrong, your team hears about it instead. Review requests
Subscription recovery
Coming soon. When it’s ready: a subscription renewal fails or a subscriber cancels. It needs a connection to your subscription app, which isn’t available yet.
Steps: Update link › What went wrong? › Pause offer › Incentive. Subscription recovery
What every flow shares
- One follow-up at most. If the customer doesn’t reply, one gentle follow-up after 1 day by default, then it stops.
- Your team steps in when needed. Anger, refunds, legal or medical questions, or anything the assistant isn’t sure about go to a person. See Needs you.
- Opt-outs end the thread straight away. See STOP and opt-outs.
You can change the timing of each flow. See Timing, follow-ups and quiet hours.
